    This card event will start the Flow when a document has been signed by a recipient.

    Options

    • Accounts (dropdown list): List of accounts inside of Docusign. Please choose an Account that contain the watched document.

    Output Fields

    • Document
      • Document ID (text) - Unique envelope identication number. This may be extracted from the envelop URL.
      • Status (text) - Indicates the envelope status. Valid values are:
        • completed - The envelope has been completed and all tags have been signed.
        • created - The envelope is created as a draft. It can be modified and sent later.
        • declined - The envelope has been declined by the recipients.
        • delivered - The envelope has been delivered to the recipients.
        • sent - The envelope is sent to the recipients.
        • signed - The envelope has been signed by the recipients.
        • voided - The envelope is no longer valid and recipients cannot access or sign the envelope.
      • Status Message (list of text) - The history of the status.
      • Author (text) - The creator of this envelope
      • Name/Email Subject (text) - The Subject of the email.
      • Email Body (text) - The Body of the email.
      • Files (list of text) The attached files to be signed
      • Templates (list of text) - The template for this envelope.
      • Date Created (text) - The envelope creation date/time. For Example : 2016-10-05T01:04:58.1830000Z.
      • Date Modified (text)- The envelope last modified date/time. For Example : 2016-10-05T01:04:58.1830000Z.
      • Date Status Changed (text) - The time when the status was changed. The envelope creation date. For Example : 2016-10-05T01:04:58.1830000Z.
      • Allow Print and Sign (true/false)- When set to true, the signer is allowed to print the document and sign it on paper.
      • Allow Reassign (true/false) - When set to true, the recipient can redirect an envelope to a more appropriate recipient.
      • Markup Enabled (true/false) - When set to true, Document Markup is enabled for envelope. Account must have Document Markup enabled to use this.
      • Auto Navigation (true/false) - Specifies whether auto navigation is set for the recipient.
      • Authoritative Copy (true/false) - Specifies whether all documents in this envelope are authoritative copies. A document can set its own authoritativeCopy property to override this value. For example you can set the authoritativeCopy on an envelope level to true but can turn it off for a specific document.
    • Reminders
      • Reminder Delay (text) - sets the number of days after the recipient receives the envelope that reminder emails are sent to the recipient.
      • Reminder Enabled (true/false) - When set to true, a reminder message is sent to the recipient.
      • Reminder Frequency (text) - An interger that sets the interval, in days, between reminder emails.
    • Document Expiration
      • Expire Enabled (true/false) - When set to true, the envelope expires (is no longer available for signing) in the set number of days. If false, the account default setting is used. If the account does not have an expiration setting, the DocuSign default value of 120 days is used.
      • Expire After (text) - An integer that sets the number of days the envelope is active.
      • Expire Warning (text) - An integer that sets the number of days before envelope expiration that an expiration warning email is sent to the recipient. If set to 0 (zero), no warning email is sent.
    • Recipient
      • Recipient Count (text) - The total amount of recipient of this envelope.
      • Signers (list of text) - List of recipient objects that have a signer type, each contain information specific to each signer.
      • Agents (list of text) - List of recipient objects that have a agent type, each contain information specific to each agent.
      • Editors (list of text) - List of recipient objects that have a editor type, each contain information specific to each editor.
      • Intermediaries (list of text) - List of recipient objects that have a intermediary type, each contain information specific to each Intermediaries.
      • Carbon Copies (list of text) - List of recipient objects that have a type carbon copy, each contain information specific to recipient with carbon copies .
      • Certified Deliveries (list of text) - List of recipient objects that have a certified delivery type, each contain information specific to each recipient.
      • Inperson Signers (list of text) - List of recipient objects that have a inperson Signer type, each contain information specific to each Inperson signers.

      • Required (text): What a user with access to this custom field is required to do. (Eg. Signature or Initials are required)
      • Value (text): Most fields allow you to set an Initial Value for the field. The sender and recipient can change this information unless the Read Only option is selected.
      • Show field (text): Show field in designated place of document.

      • File (file)- The file which will be uploded. Recommended file size to be around 5MB. The supported files types could found here
