Overview

Authorizing an Eventbrite Account

The first time you use an Eventbrite card in your Flow, you will need to authorize an account.

  1. Add an Account Nickname. This should be unique, so that in the case that your teammates authorize multiple accounts, you will be able to tell them apart.
  2. Click “Create” to launch a pop-up window to sign into your account and save this configuration.

    Events

    • Attendee Checked In

      Start a Flow when an attendee is checked in to an event.

      Options

      • Event ID (text): ID of the event to monitor for attendee check ins

      Output Fields

      • Attendee
        • Created At (date): when the attendee was created
        • Changed At (date): when the attendee was last changed
        • Ticket Class ID (text): the ticket_class that the attendee registered with
        • Event ID (text): the event ID that this attendee is attending
        • Order ID (text): the order ID this attendee is part of
        • Promotional Code (object): the promotional code applied to this attendee
        • Affiliate Code (text): the attendee’s affiliate code
        • Checked In? (boolean): if the attendee is checked in
        • Cancelled? (boolean): if the attendee is cancelled
        • Refunded? (boolean): if the attendee is refunded
        • Status (text): the status of the attendee
        • Barcodes (list of objects):
          • Barcode (text): the barcode contents
          • Status (text): one of unused, used, or refunded
          • Created At (text): when the attendee barcode was created
          • Changed At (date): when the attendee barcode was changed
      • Profile
        • Name (text): the attendee’s name
        • First Name (text): the attendee’s first name
        • Last Name (text): the attendee’s last name
        • Email (text): the attendee’s email address
        • Prefix (text): the title or honoraria used in front of the name (e.g. Mr., Mrs., etc.)
        • Suffix (text): the suffice at the end of the name (e.g. Jr, Sr)
        • Age (number): the attendee’s age
        • Job Title (text): the attendee’s job title
        • Company (text): the attendee’s company name
        • Website (text): the attenndee’s website address
        • Blog (text): the attendee’s blog address
        • Gender (text): the attendee’s gender
        • Birth Date (date): the attendee’s birth date
        • Cell Phone (text): the attendee’s cell/mobile phone number, as formatted by them

        • Address (list of objects):
          • Type (text): the address type (e.g. home, ship, or work)
          • Line 1 (text): line of the address
          • Line 2 (text): line two of the address
          • City (text): city of the address
          • Region (text): region of the address

    • Attendee Checked Out

      Start a Flow when an attendee is checked out of an event.

      Options

    • Order Placed

      Start a FLO when a new order is placed.

    • Order Refunded

      Start a FLO when an existing order is refunded.

    • Order Updated

      Start a Flo when an existing order is updated.

    • Updated Attendee

      Start a FLO when an event attendee is updated.

    Actions

    • Get Attendees Report

      Returns attendee data for an event in Eventbrite.

      Options

      • Event Status (drop down menu): All, live, or ended.
      • Date Aggregation (drop down menu): Choose a type of date aggregation.

      Input Fields

      • Date Range
        • Start (calendar): Date and Time of start of event. (YYYY-MM-DDTHH:MM:SS.sss).
        • End (calendar): Date and Time event ends. (YYYY-MM-DDTHH:MM:SS.sss).
      • Event IDS
        • IDs (list): List of event IDs.

      Output Fields

      • Report
        • Event IDs (list): Identification code of Events fitting start and end description.
        • Total Attendees (number): Total number of all attendees.
        • Total Orders (number): Total number of orders.

    • Get Sales Report

      Returns sales data for an event in Eventbrite.

      Output Fields

      • Report
        • Event IDs (list of text): Identification code of Events fitting start and end description.
        • Total Fees (number): Total number of fees associated to sales.
        • Total Gross (number): Total of all sales before any deduction.
        • Total Net (number): Total income after deduction from fees.
        • Total Quantity (number): Total number of each individual sale.
        • Data by Date (list): List of all data fitting specific dates.
    • List Event Attendees

      Returns a list of attendees for an event in Eventbrite.

      Input Fields

        • EventId (text): ID of the event you wish to get the attendees for.

        • Attendee (list of objects): List of all attendees for event.
          • Name (text): The name of the attendee.
          • First Name(text): Attendee First Name.
          • Last Name(text): Attendee Last Name.
          • Prefix(text): Attendee prefix.

          • Job Title(text): Attendee’s job title.
          • Company(text): Attendee’s company.

    • Read Event

      Reads event information.

      Input Field

        • IDs (list): ID of the event you wish to read.

      Output Fields

      • Event
        • Attendee (list): List of all attendees for event.
        • Description (text): Description of event information.
        • URL (text): URL/Web address of event.
        • Start Time (calendar): Date and Time event starts.
        • End Time (calendar): Date and Time event ends.
        • Created At (calendar): Date and Time event was created on.
        • Changed At (calendar): Date and Time event was last changed on.
        • Capacity (number): The maximum number of people who can attend.
        • Status (text): One of canceledlivestartedendedcompleted
        • Venue ID (text): Identification code of venue event is hosted at.
        • Category (text): The event’s category (technology, music, science, etc.)
        • Subcategory ID (text):  The event’s subcategory (optional)
        • Online Event? (yes or no): If marked “true”, the event is online.
        • Listed? (yes or no): If marked “true”, the event is listed.
        • Shareable? (yes or no): If marked “true”, the event is shareable among attendees.
        • Password (text): Password for sharing the event.
        • Invite Only? (yes or no): If marked “true”, the event is only available to attendees who are invited.
    • Read Order

      Reads order information.

      Input Fields

      • Order 
        • Order ID (list): The ID of the order you wish to read

      Output Fields

      • Event
        • Created At (date and time): Date and Time event was created on.
        • Changed At (date and time): Date and Time event was last changed on.
        • Full Name (text): First name of customer who created order.
        • Last Name (text): Last name of customer who created order.
        • Cost (list of objects): List of costs associated with order.
        • Event ID (text): Identification code of event order is associated with.
      • Attendee
        • Attendee (list of objects): List of all attendees and information.
    • Search Events

      Search Event

      Search for an event in Eventbrite.

      Options

      • Date Keyword (drop down menu): Choose a date keyword to help narrow results, or choose “none”.

      Input Fields

      • Parameters
        • Query (text): A search query for the events.
        • Date Range Start (text): The start date of the event.
        • Date Range End (text): The end date of the event.
        • Category IDs (list): The event’s category (technology, music, science, etc.)
        • Subcategory ID (list):  The event’s subcategory IDs

      Output Fields

      • Event
        • Events IDs (list): List of all events associated with searched information.
