Add a single email (recipient) to a collector, and automatically send them a survey based on collector settings. Subject to collector limits.

- Survey (dropdown): Choose the survey name
- Collector (dropdown): Choose the collector name
Input Fields
- Recipients
- Email (text): Email address of the recipient you would like to add to the collector. Note: a new contact will only be created if an existing contact with the same email cannot be found.
- First Name (text): First name of the recipient you would like to add to the collector (optional - do not include this value on the card if you do not wish to include this information)
- Last Name (text): Last name of the recipient you would like to add to the collector (optional - do not include this value on the card if you do not wish to include this information)
Output Fields
- Mail Status(text): Status of the invite message to the recipient: ‘sent’, ‘not_sent’, ‘processing’
- Recipient ID(text): ID of the recipient that was created
