    New Response

    Monitors Survey Monkey for a new response to a survey. The Flow will run once for each new item. If there are no new items, the Flow does not run.

    Options

    • Survey (dropdown): Choose the survey name for which you would like to monitor new responses

    Output Fields

    • Status (text): the status of the response (completed, partial, overquota, or disqualified)
    • Response ID_ (text):_ the unique identifier of the response
    • Created Date_ (text):_ the date the response was created
    • Modified Date_ (text):_ the last date the response was modified
    • Time Spent in Seconds_ (text):_ the total time that has been spent on the response
    • Analysis URL _(text):_ link that allows you to view the response on the analyze page
    • Respondent Email _(text):_ the email address of the respondent (only for email collectors)
    • Collector ID _(text):_ the unique ID of the collector the response was taken for
    • Recipient ID (text): the unique ID of the recipient (only for email collectors)
    • IP Address _(text):_ the IP Address where the response was taken
    • Collection Mode _(text):_ the collection mode of the response (default, preview, data_entry, survey_preview, or edit)
  • New Response Webhook

    Start a FLO from a webhook when a response is received.

Actions

  • Add Email to Collector

    Add a single email (recipient) to a collector, and automatically send them a survey based on collector settings. Subject to collector limits.

    Options

    • Survey (dropdown): Choose the survey name
    • Collector (dropdown): Choose the collector name

    Input Fields

    • Recipients
      • Email (text): Email address of the recipient you would like to add to the collector. Note: a new contact will only be created if an existing contact with the same email cannot be found.
      • First Name (text): First name of the recipient you would like to add to the collector (optional - do not include this value on the card if you do not wish to include this information)
      • Last Name (text): Last name of the recipient you would like to add to the collector (optional - do not include this value on the card if you do not wish to include this information)

    Output Fields

    • Mail Status(text): Status of the invite message to the recipient: ‘sent’, ‘not_sent’, ‘processing’
    • Recipient ID(text): ID of the recipient that was created

    Finds Collector ID (text) and Collector URL (text) from inputted name.

  • HTTP Request

    Make a custom HTTP request to the SurveyMonkey API.

  • Read Response

    Read all answers from a certain response using the response ID. Currently does not support Contact Information, Date Time, or Image question types. The Survey Monkey account that is used must have an annual (paid) plan to use this card.
