Create Task

Create Task allows you to create a new task in Intacct as a step in your Flow.

Input Fields

  • Task Info
    • Name (text): Task Name.
    • Project ID (text): Project ID.
    • Task Status (text): Task Status.
    • P Begin Date (text): Project begin date in format mm/dd/yyyy.
    • P End Date (text): Project end date in format mm/dd/yyyy.
    • Class ID (text): Class ID.
    • Item ID (text): Item ID.
    • Billable (boolean): Billable. false is “No”. true is “Yes”. Defaults to false.
    • Description (text): Description.
    • Is Milestone (boolean): Milestone. false is “No”. true is “Yes”. Defaults to false..
    • Utilized (text): Utilized. false is “No”. true is “Yes”. Defaults to false.
    • Priority (text): Priority.
    • Task Number (text): WBS code.
    • Parent Key (text): Parent task record number.
    • Sup Doc ID (text): Attachments ID.
    • Budget Quantity (text): Planned duration.
    • Estimated Quantity (text): Estimated duration.
    • Status (text): Use “active” for Active otherwise use “inactive” for Inactive. Defaults to “active”.

Output Fields

    • Record No (text): The Record Number of the task.
