Authorizing a Freshservice Account

The first time you use a Freshservice card in your FLO, you will need to authorize an account.

  1. Add an Account Nickname. This should be unique, so that in the case that your teammates authorize multiple accounts, you will be able to tell them apart.
  2. Enter in the Username and Passwordfor the account you wish to connect.
  3. Enter your Freshservice domain.
  4. Click “Create” to save this configuration.

Events:

  • Change Updated - Start FLO when change is updated
  • New Change - Start FLOw when new change is created
  • New Problem - Start FLO when new ticket is created
  • New Ticket - Start FLO when new ticket is created
  • Problem Updated - Start FLO when problem is updated
  • Ticket Updated - Start FLO when ticket is updated

  • Add Note to Change - Add a note to an existing Change using Change ID
  • Add Note to Problem - Add a note to a existing problem using Problem ID
  • Add Note to Ticket - Add a note to existing ticket using Ticket ID
  • Create Change - Create a new change
  • Create Problem - Create a new problem
  • Create Ticket - Create a new ticket
  • Delete Change - Delete an existing change using Change ID
  • Delete Problem - Delete an existing problem using Problem ID
  • Delete Ticket - Delete an existing ticket using Ticket ID
  • Read Change - Read an existing Change using Change ID
  • Read Problem - Read an existing problem using Problem ID
  • Read Ticket - Read an existing ticket using Ticket ID
  • Read User - Read an existing user using User ID
  • Search User - Search an existing user using Email
  • Start or Stop Time - Start or Stop timer
  • Update Change - Update an existing change using Change ID
  • Update Problem - Update an existing problem using Problem ID
  • Update Ticket - Update an existing ticket using Ticket ID
