Active Flow Limit

Your subscription plan determines your limit for number of active Flows.

What counts against your Flow limit

  • All Flows that are turned on that are triggered by an application event, a webhook event, an API endpoint call, or a schedule event.
  • If you are in a multi-user plan, the count is based on the combined number of active Flows across all users, which may include private Flows that you are unable to view.

What doesn’t count against your Flow limit

  • Flows that are turned off.
  • Child Flows (Flows used only to support other Flows, i.e. to process a list or handle an error).

Return to the Subscription status page at any time to check on current usage vs. your total, e.g. “45 Flows” indicates that you have 4 active Flows counting against the 5 included in your current subscription level.
