Important Message for Salesforce Users (April 6, 2017)
Today we fixed a hot issue in Salesforce that was causing authentication refresh to fail and creating errors in Flows. If you have experienced errors in your Salesforce Flows recently, please re-authorize them to prevent any further issues.
To re-authorize Salesforce accounts, the owner of each account should do the following:
- Click Home
- Click the gear that appears at the top-left next to your organization name
- Click “Accounts” to navigate to a list of your connections sorted by application name.
- For each Salesforce connection you own, click the Re-authorize button (to the left of the delete button at the far right)
- You’ll be prompted by Salesforce to log in (if not already logged in) and to approve the connection
Please contact support if you need help.
