Don’t see what you’re looking for?
If you’re seeing an empty list or don’t see what you’re looking for, there are a few possibilities:
1. Make sure you’re looking in the right place
Each connector may have both Events and Actions. An event is something that starts a Flow, such as when a new email arrives or a new sales lead comes in. An action is a command to run, such as send a message or update a customer record. Some services have only Actions so the list will show “None Found” when choosing from the Application Event list.
2. Make sure you don’t have an unwanted filter turned on
If a previous search is in the box above the list, click the X to return to showing all results.
3. If it’s a feature we don’t have, please tell us
We are continually adding new features to our product, so if there’s something you need that’s missing, please tell us by clicking the smiley face icon on our toolbar. Let us know what you’d like and why. Customer requests and other feedback go directly to our development team. We appreciate your input!
4. If you need to connect to an application or service that isn’t in the list…
Many applications and services expose endpoints you can call directly using cards like Get (available via “Add Functions”). Or, if you want to build your own connector, contact us about our connector building tools.
