What’s New (Jan 5, 2017)
Happy New Year and thanks for checking out our second “What’s New” topic. Look for updates every 1-2 weeks. A dot appears next to Help whenever there is a new, unread ”What’s New” topic.
New Features:
- You can now create a simple web form that kicks off a Flow whenever a user submits data. Look for it in the ”On Demand” category when you create a new Flow.
- New connectors for Expensify, Excel Online, Proof HQ, Sharepoint Foundation 2010, and Splunk.
- Connector updates:
- Smartsheet: New actions for Download Sheet, Download Report, Create Folder, Move Folder, List Sheets, Comment on Row, Comment on Sheet, Attach URL to Row, Attach URL to Sheet, Attach URL to Comment. Added features to Update Row and Send Row.
- Sharepoint: Added Search Document Library action
- Asana and Gmail: Added Test Account feature.
- Card errors that require attention are highlighted at the top of the card or right on the tab that contains the error.
- “Save and Test” button at the end of a Flow now saves and starts a test with a single click instead of requiring additional button clicks (after the Flow is turned on).
- You may notice a dropdown on the “New Flow” button that has no additional options. Stay tuned… we’re testing out some new features that will show up there at a later date.
Bug Fixes:
- Improved Flow history speed and reliability.
- In Flow History, can now click an event card’s options tab and see the settings that were chosen.
- Fixed a bug that was causing some error-handling Flows to run over and over again, instead of only once.
- Fixed a bug that was causing list outputs in some application events (i.e. Wrike) to not show up as lists.
- Zendesk connector: Bug fixes in actions Get Organization Tickets and Get Organization Users, properly returning domain names for Update Organization and New Organization events, and fixed connection issue with Monitor New Comment on Ticket.
- Google Drive connector: Fixed bug in Download File where was giving 500 error for some valid file IDs.
- Investigating a bug that was causing the Quickbooks connector to fail. We’ve removed the connector until the problem can be resolved.
