Monitor Option - No New Data

The “No Data” label at the top of a monitor card means your Flow is set to run each time no records are found for the application event you’ve specified.

For instance, if you set your Flow to check Salesforce every morning at 9am to see if there are new leads since the previous check, your Flow will run each time there are no new leads. Or, if you set Twitter to check for tweets about “Seattle” every hour, the Flow will run each time there were no new tweets that hour.

Since there is no data, the only output field available is the “Execution ID” of the Flow which can be used for debugging purposes to tell different runs of the Flow apart from each other.

This setting is controlled by the monitor options button at the bottom of the application event card:

You cannot change the monitor setting if there are additional cards in the Flow because it completely alters the underlying structure of the Flow.
