Customize Card
When in customize card mode, you can:
- Choose which fields to include when the data is coming from an application
- Change the card title and description.
- Reorder the fields by dragging them to a new position
There are two ways to get into customize card mode:
- Click the gear icon at the bottom right of any card
- When using an Application Event or Action with dynamically generated fields (e.g. columns from a spreadsheet), the “Select Fields” pane automatically opens when you first add the card.
Choose Fields
Click the checkbox for each field you want to include in your Flow. Clear the checkbox for fields you do not wish to include. If you are looking for a specific field, you can type in the search box to filter the view to only include the fields that include the text you type. When you click “Done,” your changes are applied and reflected on the card.
Other Card Customization
While the choose fields panel is visible, other card customizations are available:
- You can drag fields to a different position
- Click the pencil next to the card title to bring up the “Rename Card” dialog, which allows you to change the card title and description, and access advanced debugging information about the card.
- Click the pencil next to any field to bring up the “Customize Field” dialog, to change a field name, description, type, and default value.
