Feature Glossary

Depending on your plan options, the features below may or may not be listed as plan options:

Active Flow Limit - The number of Flows allowed to be turned on at once for a plan. Child Flows (i.e. Flows that are only called by other Flows) and Flows that are off do not count against the limit.  More details

API Endpoint Flow - A Flow that is invoked via HTTP. More details

Code Functions - JavaScript functions that can be uploaded and called from Flows. More details

Connected Applications - Each app (e.g. Gmail) used in a Flow that is turned on. More details

Connections - Each account authorization to connect to an app (e.g. your work Gmail) counts as a new connection. More details

Connectors - Different plans include different sets of built-in connectors that allow you to build Flows that get data from and/or send data and commands to different applications.

Custom Connectors - Some plans include tools that allow you to build custom connectors to talk to your own applications.

Design Hours - Assistance building a Flow or solution.

Flow History Duration - Access to the data that passed through a Flow varies based on your plan, i.e. might be 7, 30, or 90 days. You can use this data for debugging, auditing, or to retry failed Flows or steps. More details

Scheduled Flow - A Flow that runs on a specified schedule, e.g. every hour, every Friday at 5pm, or the 1st of the month at 9am.

Tables - Tables let you store data across Flow executions, with no external services or additional credentials required. More details

Users - Multi-user plans allow collaboration on Flows. You can choose specific users to share folders or connections with, including view-only or run-only permissions. More details
