Salesforce by Azuqua helps sales teams improve performance by making it easy to share details and insights from closed deals in your CRM directly where team collaboration happens.

Installation

  1. Access the “Apps” sidebar in Stride
  2. Click the “+” button to discover Stride apps and click on the tile for Salesforce by Azuqua
  3. Click the “Add to conversation” button to install the app

Configuration

  1. Once installed, click either the app icon in the glance sidebar or the “Configure now” button on the install message in the room to open the configuration page
  2. Click the “Connect to Salesforce” button to open the Salesforce authorization window
  3. If not already signed into the Salesforce instance you’d like to connect to Stride, enter your Salesforce credentials to sign in and authorize the app to act on your behalf
    NOTE: The Salesforce account must have API access in order for the app to function
  4. Once your account has been connected, close the window and return to Stride

Does my Salesforce account need special permissions to use the app?

In order to use the app, the Salesforce account used to configure the app must have API access as well as permissions to read opportunity, contact, lead, and account objects.

How long should it take for me to be notified of a newly closed opportunity?

You should receive a notification of a newly closed opportunity within five minutes.
